On July 21, 2026,
Conway Cook was electrocuted and is at the
U Of U Medical Center Burn Unit
with 2nd degree burns to his right arm and hand, 3rd degree burns to right leg, muscle damage and mass loss to his legs and 4th degree burns to his feet that reached his tendons and bone. He has left foot reconstruction and a couple toes amputated from right foot, also has had several skin grafts. All this just a year 1 1/2 after an unexplained Heart complication.
